My Development

We took Ukraine off and concentrated on our interdimensional visitors last posting. However, both topics are related. I consider Putin a new version of an old problem.
We've been addressing high-tech efforts to reduce human population for more than 20 years. There have been a number of temper tantrum murders when we interrupted a particular plan. The Las Vegas hotel shooting happened two weeks after we stopped an attempt to collapse the San Andreas Fault Line. The terror support network hidden among us permitted weapons to be smuggled into his room where a mind programmed murderer opened a window and killed more than 50 people in the courtyard below.
For the leader of a country to act in that manner is highly unusual. Bombing civilians without remorse has the same signature as a mass killing. This time it's different because mind programming is being used to prevent the launching of weapons. Our ET legal advocates use advanced technology to make sure development of the next level of evolution is not violated.
When we take away Putin's ability to cause real damage, everyone can see how crazy he is. Not listening to the benefits of Neurotransmitter Training is enough to make anyone seem unbalanced. You don't need to go to the point of murdering women and children to be considered crazy.
Having people in Russia realize Putin is trying to harm them also may be enough to call for his resignation. Then we try to determine what's influencing Putin and others like him. Basic common sense tells us it's not okay to murder women and children.
Those who ignore the development of a promising sub-atomic science demonstrate a lack of common sense. Whatever permits them to carry on in life is a mystery to me. They have gone too far by simply not listening to the truth. When they start murdering civilians so no one learns what Father wants for His creation, we must seek out what makes them go in that direction. Doing my best to end that madness is the dues I must pay for my development.
