We were granted Federal Genetic Research status by Congressman Peter Kostmayer in the early '80s. A female member of his staff was dating a friend of ours. She gave Peter my original manuscript called, “Transmutation: The Divine Transformation". Though written in '78, it remains a valuable tool for learning the basic principles of Neurotransmitter Science.

Peter really liked the manuscript which led to a meeting at his Langhorne office. He saw how healthy and strong our home-delivered children were. We demonstrated our Double Frisbee game for him and Peter told us a short time later we were considered Genetic Research. His recognition bolstered our position in the scientific community and meant Domestic Intelligence was about to check out the reality of the situation. They found my dad also graduated from Kings Point and was awarded the Navy's Distinguished Service Medal as Chief Engineer of a destroyer during the Korean War. A Federal Academy graduate was in charge of a sub-atomic research project. Government officials appreciated how I honor my oath to protect and defend the USA. While applying Stephen Hawking's mathematical hypothesis to data from Harvard Research, we drifted into a non-violent form of cardiovascular training. Harvard Research defined how tapping into sub-atomic energies manifested within our physical nature. Neurotransmitter Health Technology is based on sub-atomic realignment which also gives us access to energies only available to professional athletes. Though outside the usual parameters of organized religions, I considered our development a gift associated with the second coming of Jesus. ETs who had infiltrated our society recognized our development as a possible manifestation of the next level of evolution. They introduced us to their presence and we’ve been in a fierce dialogue about what Father truly wants for His creation since '89. I’m trying to have penal colony technology used to spread truth about the next level of evolution. We are close to accomplishing the task. That’s what I call a period of transition. We are going to see the true character of our newly elected government officials. If I have quelled interdimensional society’s desire for power and control, that direction will be reflected in decisions we hear from the Republican majority. I am sincerely interested in noises I hear from entities who can go from one galaxy to another in the blink of an eye. Father has sent the second coming of Jesus with new teachings for His entire life form. Regardless of what I hear from human or alien authorities, we will continue onward towards the next level of evolution.
