The primary purpose of "Cabbages and Kings" is to spread information about the Neurotransmitter Health and Training Science. We've been posting weekly for just over two years now covering the religious, scientific and personal aspects of the next level of evolution. We have stopped five distinct attempts of mass destruction since June '02 until the present time. They each had a different MO which had to be deciphered properly so we could apply ourselves correctly. There have been a number of sub-plots along the way. I have everything documented so people can learn what actually happened after the smoke clears.

I consider what's happening now the fifth attempt. Putin's effort to set things off is similar to what we have dealt with in the past. After my request, it took our ET contacts two months to establish brainwashing which effectively prevents the launching of nuclear weapons.

Donna and Michael's authority supersedes Putin's attempt to end the world. We may have halted the real purpose of Ukraine's invasion but the mentality which murders women and children without remorse is still functioning. We can draw some definitive conclusions from this strange situation.

Russia's social and economic status is being shattered around the world. If nuclear devastation had taken place, Russia would be destroyed also. Putin's procedure was aimed at taking the whole world down.

Our ET legal contacts must follow their own rules. They can prevent the launching of nuclear weapons but are not permitted to remove political leaders from office. It's up to the Russian people to look at what has taken place and learn from their mistakes. They have permitted someone to murder women and children with devastating results in their own country.

Through the Soviet-American Friendship Society, I made contact with the Russian government when Mikhail Gorbachev was their leader. They were still doing LSD research and I followed up with information through a Russian exchange student studying to be an ophthalmologist in 2000. Russian people know I tell the truth and how I admire their sense of concentration and development.
