My original manuscript, "Transmutation: The Divine Transformation", was written in '78 when we had three kids. I changed a few sentences on page 15 and our number of children to four in '79. It has remained intact since then and contains accurate scientific groundwork for the Neurotransmitter Science we practice today.

Being written twelve years before the Hubble was launched, the manuscript conveys theories which were verified by energy patterns seen through the telescope. It will be included when "Chronicles to the Next Level of Evolution" is published next year.

A staff worker for Congressman Peter Kostmayer was dating a close friend. She gave the manuscript to Peter who was familiar with Harvard's acid trials. After a few meetings and demonstrations of our talents, we were granted a genetic research classification in the early '80s.

That meant we had something new and promising for society and the intelligence community began to monitor our training and development. Politicians may come and go but the intelligence network remains the same. Once you have a valuable contribution to offer, who is in political power does not matter.

If you can remember what happened in the '80s, the First Lady's motto was "Just Say No". However, Russia was still interested in acid research. An ethnic gathering at a local college campus included the "Soviet American Friendship Society". I sent my manuscript to the Soviet government through their friendship society.

They appreciated the effort and still call me comrade. Mikhail Gorbachev removed medium range ballistic missiles from the borders of Eastern Europe roughly six months after Russia received the manuscript. I doubt it was out of deference to the Reagan presidency. The Soviet way is consistent with existential sanity. That nature is prevalent in their movie presentations I’ve seen. What’s happening in the Ukraine is confusing but they would listen to me if I were to get involved. They may not be ready to invade that region. I’ve asked our government to not escalate the situation.

What does not comprehend the importance of our Neurotransmitter Science scatters focus in different directions. I asked my ET contacts to quell mindless zombie types from going off and causing real problems. Why Russians would kill each other over the Ukraine makes no sense at all. I hope we’re only seeing military maneuvers as everyone realizes the gifts being offered from the next level of evolution. Please spread the news.
