That was because the liquid bomb plot was already taking shape. Having planes explode over Western cities was supposed to escalate the ongoing Israeli-Lebanon conflict into mass destruction. Donna somehow interrupted a key message and casually diffused the situation in early August '06.

As far as I know, the Lancaster schoolhouse mass murder in October '06 was the first mind programmed killing. Through a Pennsylvania Dutch Minister, I tried to let the family of the perpetrator know he was also a victim. It didn't help much.

We have complete documentation to the present time. Donna is a legal authority in her world similar to a government attorney in our society. Losing contact means her help is no longer needed or we could be in trouble.
